STAFF REQUIREMENTS

Tender Home Care Providers (THCP), LLC adheres to the following employment requirements before serving our consumers:

Qualified Direct Care Associates will have State Tested Nursing Assisted (STNA) and or Certified Nursing Assitant (CNA) certification, all applicants names are ran through the Abuser Registries. They must have current Physical and TB Test, pass a BCI (Bureau Criminal Investigation), clean Abstract Driving record, and current vehicle insurance. Additionally, they must have a current CPR/First Aid certification, pass a drug test, and prior experience working with developmental disabilities, older adults and children.

We will provide on-going in-service trainings to ensure the staff continues to learn and understand their role as  caregivers and uphold the high standards THCP stands for as we serve persons with developmental disabilities, older adults and children.
